Server upgrade

From the very beginning, I’ve been self-hosting my blog. Initially, I used a virtual private server (VPS), but later, I built a DIY Network Attached Storage (NAS) box using an Intel Xeon E3 processor running Proxmox. However, I recently discovered that my NAS box was underutilized. With the release of Apple M4 silicon, I decided to migrate my home server from the Xeon E3/Proxmox setup to a M4 Mac mini. I’m currently running Ubuntu virtual machines (VMs) under Parallels on the M4 Mac mini. I’m delighted to inform you that the transition has been successfully completed, and I’ll be retiring the old server.
